Stylist Emily B. and Twelve12 Creator Erinn Corbett-Wright
To combat prevalent stereotypes about Muslimah’s around the world and in particular Philadelphia, PHKI wants to promote Muslim women doing positive things in their chosen career or business. Today PHKI highlights Erinn of Twelve12!
PHKI: Assalaamu Alaikum Erinn, first thank you so much for agreeing to do this interview! When I created Philly Hijabis Killing It, it was with hijabis like you in mind. I was first introduced to you via Najmah and she had wonderful things to say about you. I absolutely love your personal style. Can you tell us what inspires you when dressing yourself?
On Wednesday I went to "An Evening of the Arts" put on by Daughters of the Deen and had the pleasure of listening to this beauties sing. Sorry for the sideways video but these little hijabis have the purest voices that I've heard in a long time!
